Items are shipped to you directly from Porterist Warehouse, using tracked, contactless delivery. All customs fees, duties and taxes are included . The price you see at checkout is the price you pay and there are no additional charges except sales tax.

Returns

FREE RETURNS within 30 days of delivery. Please visit the Return Page and proceed as instructed. Within 30 days of the purchase date, returns must be postmarked. See our Return and Refund Policy for details and for non-refundable and exceptional
items. You won't be charged a restocking fee for your returns.

Cancellations

A change of heart? No issue; if necessary, we can cancel the order before it is fulfilled and dispatched. Please fill out our Cancellation Request form on your Account page and get in touch with us as soon as possible to arrange this.

During the 1 to 3 day preparation time, you can cancel your order. Orders that have been fulfilled and dispatched cannot be canceled, but we still provide a free return service in this scenario. To begin your free return within 30 days of receiving your order, kindly visit our Return Page.
