RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:
     ●     Final Sale
     ●     Made to Order / Personalized
     ●     Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted.
     ●     Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
     ●     Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try your shoes on a soft surface, such as a carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
     ●     Please try on swimwear and lingerie over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
     ●     Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment( tops and dresses).
     ●     If earrings have been opened for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns.

Please Note
     ●     For the return process, please go to the "Returns" page on our website - https://porterist.com/pages/returns - and proceed as instructed.
     ●     Enter your registered email address and the order number of the product you wish to return.
     ●     On the next screen, you can select the item(s) you want to return and provide the reason for the return.
     ●     With this information, our system will prepare a return label / QR code.
     ●     Print out this label and send the product back to us.
     ●     Our designated courier will deliver the return to our Warehouse
     ●     Discounted items can be returned, the refund will be equal to the original price of the item reduced by the proportional discounted amount.
     ●     Please note that all returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
