EASY RETURN PROCESS

Need to return an item? No worries, we've made it simple:

  • Visit our returns page at https://porterist.com/pages/returns.
  • Follow the step-by-step instructions provided.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • At the end of the process, print out the provided shipping label.
  • Attach the label to your return package and send it off.
  • Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

Refunds

  • Your return will be processed after inspection, which may take up to 30 days.
  • Refunds typically appear within 1-2 billing cycles. We'll notify you by email once your return is processed.

Exceptions

  • Final sale, made-to-order, and personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Items returned damaged, soiled, or without original labels/tags will not be accepted.
  • Try shoes on carpet to prevent scuffing. Return with the original undamaged box.
  • Swimwear and lingerie must be tried on over underwear with the protective slip.
  • Beware of makeup or deodorant stains on clothing.
  • Earrings opened for hygiene reasons are non-returnable.
  • For defective/damaged items, contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
